My name is Leah and I created this page for anyone that's experiencing grief and needs help. Loss hit me like a brick wall on January 25th, 2016; and changed my psyche forever.

After so many years of going at it alone, I finally realized... isolation is worse than death. Grief is lonely and depressing. It's so hard to gather daily strength to keep going. I want you to know I'm here for you.
